Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time you may be charged 50% of the amount of your service.

No shows will be charged the full amount of service booked.

To cancel your appointment, please use the link in your appointment confirmation email, or contact me through email at soulisticbeauty24@gmail.com at your earliest convenience.

We urge you to cancel earlier rather than later if you have any inkling that you are becoming unwell. This gives us a greater opportunity to fill the appointment time and to offer the time slot to our waitlist.

We value your time and kindly ask for the same in return.

Prepayment requests – if we have requested pre-payment for an online booking made and we do not receive this payment, we reserve the right to cancel that booking.

Appointment Refund Policy

Please be advised that Soulistuc Beauty has a cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand the policy.

A refund from an early cancelled appointment (more than 24 hours before the appointment time) can be placed on your account to be used for services at a further date.

An early cancellation can also be refunded into your bank account but may incur an transaction fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may not be able to be extended if there are back to back appointments. Your session will be shortened accordingly at full cost of booked treatment. If you decide to cancel after late arrival, full payment is required.

Privacy

Soulistic Beauty does not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party. We take special care to protect the privacy and security of personal information.

Upon booking an appointment, Soulistic Beauty collects relevant personal information including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address, birthdays, health history and medical conditions.

All personal information will be kept strictly confidential & will not be divulged unless legally required to do so.

Occasionally, we may contact you in relation to the services we provide via email, telephone, text message and via post.

Medical Conditions Disclosure

A consultation form will be required to be completed before your appointment. To provide the best service possible, information must be complete & factual.

We request that existing medical conditions be declared. If you have a serious medical condition or are taking medication, we recommend you check in with your doctor as to the suitability of the therapy of choice. Written permission from your conventional healthcare professional may be required before your appointment.

If there is any change to your health, you should inform your practitioner before your next treatment commences, which may exclude some patients from some therapies.

All information collected will be kept strictly confidential & will not be divulged unless legally required to do so.

Treating Minors/children

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Forms must be signed by guardian/parent. No signature, no treatment. A parent/guardian is required to remain in the treatment room for the entire session.
